Service Description
Our Crisis Intervention & De-Escalation program offers a person-centred, evidence-based framework designed to proactively prevent and effectively respond to crisis situations. Our program equips individuals with the skills to manage challenging behaviours through empathetic, structured approaches, significantly reducing the need for high-risk interventions and restrictive practices. Together, we transform crisis moments into valuable opportunities for growth and understanding.
Cancellation Policy
We understand things may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. For cancellations made between 3-7 days before the course, a 50% refund will apply. Cancellations within 48 hours of the course will incur a charge of 100% of the course fee.
